The following stages are available:

Preliminary discussion via video call (30 to 60 min) - free of charge

+ Establishment of a common understanding of the customer's goals
+ Preparation of a contract offer for stage
Stage 2
Operational cost reduction through parameterization (2 consultant days) - Flat rate depending on property size
+ Property inspection - with positioning of measuring devices if necessary
+ Consulting report with proposal for parameterization for direct cost reduction
+ Goal: direct cost savings of at least 10% and amortization of the expenditure within one year
+ Perspective: short term
+ Preparation of optimization options for stage 3 and/or 4
Stage 3
Strategic system optimization with minimal investment – Price by agreement depending on the effort involved
+ Measurement of all key system parameters
+ Proposal for optimizing the existing system without fundamental system changes
+ Goal: Limitation to “minimal” investments that pay for themselves within three years through savings
+ Perspective: Medium term
Stage 4
Innovative system optimization – Price by agreement depending on project size
+ Development of a sustainable energy-heat concept with further use of the existing system
+ Examination of the integration of state-of-the-art solar thermal and storage elements using appropriate public subsidies
+ Goal: Energy-heat concept for cost optimization and resilience assurance with amortization periods appropriate to the project size
